4.3.- ELEKTRISCHE MASCHINEN

Elektrische Maschinen sind Geräte, die in der Lage sind, jede Form von Energie in elektrische Energie und umgekehrt umzuwandeln. Sie werden in drei Hauptgruppen eingeteilt: elektrische Generatoren,Elektromotoren und Transformatoren.

Elektrische Generatoren wandeln mechanische Energie in elektrische Energie um, während elektrische Motoren elektrische Energie in mechanische Energie umwandeln. Elektromotoren wiederum werden in DC-Motoren und AC-Motoren eingeteilt. Im Gegensatz zu den vorhergehenden erhalten die Transformatoren den gleichen Typ von Energie und transformieren nur die Spannungsebenen. Der Betrieb von elektrischen Maschinen basiert auf den Prinzipien des Elektromagnetismus.

Der erste elektromechanische Generator wurde von Faraday gebaut, basierend auf dem Phänomen der elektromagnetischen Induktion. Einige Zeit später entwickelte Ampère den ersten permanentenMagnetgenerator. Aber es war Galileo Ferraris, der mit der Entdeckung des rotierenden Magnetfeldes.

Ein wichtiger Aspekt bei elektrischen Maschinen ist die Art des Antriebs, der zu ihrer Steuerung verwendet wird. Heutzutage ist die Verwendung von variablen Frequenzantrieben und PLCs für die chrittliche Steuerung von Käfigläuferinduktionsmotoren, Servomotoren, DC-Motoren, usw. Ist sehr häufig. Die variabelFrequenzantriebe ermöglichen eine präzise Steuerung der Drehmomente und Drehzahlen der Rotation dieser Maschinen. Sie verfügen über verschiedene Arten von Schutzeinrichtungen, wie z.B. Überstrom und Überlastschutz. Darüber hinaus haben Variablenfrequenzantriebe in der Regel digitale und analoge Signale für die Automatisierung verschiedener Prozesse, an denen der entsprechende Elektromotor teilnimmt. Wirtschaftlicher und einfacher sind die elektronischen Starter für elektrische Maschinen. Diese Art von Antrieb ermöglicht den Start eines leistungs Elektromotors und reduziert Starttransientenströme. Andere konventionellere Antriebe, die aus Kostengründen immer noch verwendet werden, sind manuelle Star-Delta-Starter. Der Star-Delta-Starter reduziert die Startströme der Kurzschlussläufermotoren, was zu weniger Störungen und Transientenunsymmetrien im Elektrizitätsnetz.
