The Hydraulic Radiator Balancing Training Unit, "THBT", allows the study of the amount of water with which to guarantee that all the radiators of an installation are supplied with sufficient hot water.
The hydraulic balancing is carried out by means of balancing valves that precisely regulate the passage of heat transfer fluid to the different radiators, by means of thermostatic valves that allow you to regulate the temperature based on the flow of heat transfer fluid that allows the valve to pass through, and by means of lockshields, which block the passage of a fluid in one direction and release it in the opposite direction.
The unit contains different heating circuits that are made up of radiators, balancing valves, differential pressure overflow valve, automatic drains and a circulation pump. The circuits are made with commercial components and each circuit can be closed independently. When the circuit is full, it is independent of the water supply network or of the heating outlets or outlets, although it can also be used together with a heating circuit.
Each radiator has a thermostatic valve with its corresponding thermostatic head, air vent and adjustable lockshield.
