Los Generadores Eléctricos Doblemente Alimentados (DFIG) son máquinas de inducción asíncronas de las cuales se puede extraer energía eléctrica tanto del devanado del estator como del devanado del rotor gracias a la tecnología puntera basada en inversores bidireccionales (back to back inverters). Estos inversores son capaces de controlar el flujo de potencia bidireccionalmente entre el rotor de la máquina y la red eléctrica.

La evolución de la tecnología y un mayor acceso a Internet han permitido que cada día haya más dispositivos conectados a Internet. Esto se conoce como Internet of Things (IoT). Si además se aplica este concepto a sistemas industriales, recibe el nombre de Industry 4.0

Today, we can announce the setting up of a complete installation, including the Linear Heat Conduction Module TXC/CL, TXC/CC, TTEC, MINI-EEE, EEU/20KN or EBVR, among others, at the University of Sebha, in Libya. We continue to expand and help with training to more universities. This time we move to The University of Alabama in Huntsville ,in Huntsville. There, students can enjoy and learn with #UDCC, Computer Controlled Continuous Distillation Unit, the variables that affect the distillation process. It was a pleasure! 

We are happy to announce that the University of Belgium can now enjoy learning proccess with new equipment. The installed equipment has been the EBGC, Computer Controlled Biogas Process Unit, with which they can continue investigating about the different processes that occur during the production of biogas. #DiscoverEdibon

The Congress of Teaching Innovation in Chemical Engineering (CIDIQ) will take place on January 22, 23 and 24. The objective of this congress is to promote the exchange of teaching experiences in the field of Chemical Engineering. This edition will be held at the University of Santiago de Compostela and Edibon this year participates as sponsor of the event.

We show you the first installation of the year at the University NYU Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi, very happy with the result! The equipment installed has been the Computer Controlled Test Bench for Single-Cylinder Engines, 7.5 kW, TBMC8, the Computer Controlled Stirling Motor, TMSC, and the Air -cooled single-cylinder four-stroke petrol engine, TM8-01. We are very pleased to continue with our expansion and installation of equipment in different universities. This time, we are happy to equip the Al-Balqa' Applied University - Financial & Administrative Sciences . The students will be able to continue learning with the EBVR, that allows determining strength of materials and the MDFC, a equipment for the demonstration of the Coriolis Force.
