6.1.- MEKATRONIK

Mekatronika adalah bidang teknik yang mencakup teknik mesin, teknik elektronik, dan teknik komputer. Tujuan utama mekatronika adalah otomatisasi mesin. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, Industri Otomasi telah mengembangkan elektromekanis dan sistem terkomputerisasi untuk memiliki kontrol optimal atas proses industrinya. Model matematika untuk mengembangkan sistem dengan perilaku yang diinginkan diperoleh dengan elektronik kontrol.

Saat ini, mekatronika berupaya meningkatkan mekanisme untuk mendapatkan operasi yang terkontrol dan otonom, merancang PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative Controller) algoritma kontrol untuk menjalankan kontrol umpan balik dan menerapkan kontrol optimal, kontrol prediktif, dan kontrol non-linier teknik. Semua teknik kontrol ini diterapkan pada kontrol variabel suhu, aliran, tekanan, dll. Menggunakan instrumentasi industri.

Inovasi berkelanjutan dan peningkatan teknologi mengarahkan mekatronika ke desain mekanisme yang lebih kompleks dan canggih, dengan fitur yang lebih baik dan kapasitas kontrol yang besar. Mereka dapat melakukan proses otomatis melalui aktuasi pneumatik dan elektropneumatik, memperoleh gerakan cepat dan berulang, atau hidraulik atau Aktuasi elektrohidraulik, memperoleh torsi besar, kontrol gerak yang presisi dan cepat melalui teknologi motor servo, dan instrumentasi industri berbiaya rendah, dengan hebat fitur dan dapat diterapkan di Industri 4.0 baru.
