9.10.- PEMASANGAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN

Kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini adalah tantangan bagi industri apa pun, karena mereka harus terus melakukan evolusi dan pembaruan untuk beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan tersebut.

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, sebagai akibat dari revolusi industri atau Industri 4.0 baru, munculnya Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) dan Pabrik Cerdas, adaptasi tersebut dimungkinkan berkat penerapan teknik paling canggih dalam desain fasilitas baru atau dalam renovasi dari yang sudah ada.

Terlepas dari semua kemajuan teknologi dan kontrol menyeluruh yang dilakukan, tidak boleh dilupakan bahwa setiap elemen yang mengambil bagian dalam proses produktif akan menjadi mengalami keausan mekanis dan listrik (tenaga, beban, dll.) dan masa pakainya terbatas. Untuk menghindari kegagalan katastropik, penghentian produksi atau semua jenis proses yang menyiratkan peningkatan waktu non-produktif dan, oleh karena itu, peningkatan biaya, sangatlah penting untuk melakukan pemeliharaanmesin, sistem kelistrikan, dll.

Biasanya, hanya dua jenis pemeliharaan yang dipertimbangkan:

  • Korektif: masalah diselesaikan setelah terjadi.
  • Pencegahan: peninjauan berkala terhadap semua elemen bermasalah tersebut dan penggantinya jika diperlukan.

Jenis pemeliharaan ini melibatkan biaya yang sangat tinggi dan tidak perlu dalam banyak kasus. Saat ini, berkat teknologi yang tersedia, dimungkinkan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan prediktif yang terdiri dari analisis komprehensif dari semua variabel yang berperan dalam semua komponen sistem dan dapat menggantinya pada waktu yang tepat.

Namun, jika lebih banyak kontrol atas kegagalan yang dapat menyebabkan semua komponen mekanis yang dapat aus lebih disukai, ada jenis pemeliharaan lain, yang dikenal sebagai pemeliharaan proaktif. Ini selangkah lebih maju daripada pemeliharaan prediktif, mencari akar masalahnya.
