The DC Electrical Motors Application, "AEL-DCEMA", has been developed for theoretical and practical training on the most important operations carried out with different DC electric motors such as the DC motor with independent excitation, the DC motor with series excitation, the DC motor with shunt excitation, the DC motor with compound excitation and the DC motor with permanent magnets.

The AEL-DCEMA consists of a base equipment which is formed by several modules such as power supplies, push buttons, auxiliary lamps, DC ammeter, DC voltmeter, circuit breakers, flywheel, etc. This base equipment is complemented by different options. Each option includes a different type of DC motor and its specific modules to carry out different practical exercises.
