일반적인 설명

The main element of the Computer Controlled Two Doors Domestic Refrigeration Unit, "TRD2PC", is a combifridge freezer with transparent panels to observe all the elements of a refrigeration cycle: compressor, filter,evaporator, condenser, etc.

Throughout the refrigeration circuit, temperature sensors and pressure sensors are arranged at key points ofthe circuit.

The fridge has an upper door for a refrigerator and a lower door for the freezer. There are mobile temperaturesensors in both compartments.

It has a thermostat to adjust the cooling temperature and a defrost heating element to prevent the evaporatorfrom freezing.

This Computer Controlled Unit is supplied with the EDIBON Computer Control System (SCADA), and includes:The unit itself + a Control Interface Box + a Data Acquisition Board + Computer Control, Data Acquisitionand Data Management Software Packages, for controlling the process and all parameters involved in theprocess.

  7. Control of the TRD2PC unit process through the control interfacebox without the computer.
  8. Visualization of all the sensors values used in the TRD2PC unitprocess.
  9. Several other exercises can be done and designed by the user.
