11.1.- 유닛 운영

단위 작업은 화학 산업의 프로세스에서 발생하는 각각의 물리적 변화입니다. 그것들은 분명히 다른 작업이 수행되지만 기초는 동일한 다른 화학 공정의 연구에서 발생합니다.

이러한 작업은 세 가지 유형으로 구분됩니다.

  • 대중 교통. 화학적 변화를 포함 할 수있는 물질의 질량 또는 구성의 변화. 이러한 작업은 증류, 흡수, 흡착, 추출 및 이온 교환입니다. 그들에게서 변화는 주로 물리적입니다.
  • 에너지 수송. 예를 들어, 압력 및 / 또는 온도의 변화로 인한 상태 변화를 수반 할 수있는 에너지 변화. 이 분류에는 증발이 포함되지만 에너지 수송과 질량 (건조, 동결 건조, 승화, 결정화, 가습)을 결합하는 다른 작업도 포함됩니다.
  • 움직임의 양. 물질의 운동 조건의 변화. 운동 학적 변화를 수반하는 작업은 여과, 침전, 부양 및 원심 분리입니다.

그들 모두는 해당 보존 법칙에 실험적으로 기반을두고 있습니다.

이러한 유형의 작업은 여러 산업에서 사용되며 식품 산업, 에너지 등과 같은 다양한 범위의 광범위한 프로세스의 기초가됩니다.
